With a careful mix of two fruit-forward Ethiopian beans (both grown in Guji), the Everett blend is a sweet cup of fruity notes. As a drip coffee, Everett presents a sweet, plum-like body with a finish of mulling spice. As an espresso, it presents a syrupy, stonefruit body with red plum acidity, and a crisp, apricot finish.
