Coffee is a seasonal fruit and harvested at different times of year. We celebrate the seasonality of our beans like we do our berries and apples at different times of the year. Each blend hand selected coffee harvested relevant to the seasonal blend. Each seasonal blend is a medium roasted coffee with tastings notes curated to our favorite flavors of the spring, summer, fall and winter.

Note: We roast beans to order four days per week Monday - Thursday. Orders received by 8 am on a roast day will be roasted to order and shipped. Orders received on non-production days go into production every Monday.
