Sugar, ah honey honey....sip this to make your mornings sweeter! This single origin gets its name from the unique honey process used when the beans (coffee cherries) were harvested. This process removes the skin and pulp from the coffee "cherry," but leaves behind a sugary sticky substance which farmers refer to as "honey." As a result, this medium roast has lower acidity and higher sweetness than your average bean.
