Everett - Light Roast
With a careful mix of two fruit-forward coffees made up of a honey processed Peruvian coffee and a fruit forward Ethiopian bean. These coffees blend together perfectly to create a sweet cup of purple fruity notes. As a drip coffee, Everett presents a sweet, plum-like body with a finish of mulling spice. As an espresso, it presents a syrupy, stonefruit body with red plum acidity, and a crisp, apricot finish.
Unfortunately IDLEWILDE FARMS and WHOLE FOODS discontinued it.
The Light Roast brings back memories of the old country.
Had been buying this coffee at Wegmans and when we couldn’t no longer get it there, had to get online. By far the smoothest tastiest light roast coffee I’ve had.
Very good coffee, definitely one of the best roasters around. And there are many good roasters around...
